Disney Animation: The Illusion Of Life. By Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston. Published by Abbeville Press, New York. Very large volume, measures 10.7 5" x 11.5 " x.

Deluxe edition in slipcase with a bookplate affixed inside front signed by both authors who were former Disney animators. Also includes a foot of original film from a classic Disney feature.

In this case the film strip appears to be from Fantasia and is dated 1940. Front jacket flap states that this book contains 489 plates in full color and thousands of black-and-white illustrations. Hardcover with dust jacket and slipcase. The slipcase has some minor wear and a small tear (see photo). The book and jacket are in excellent condition with the jacket showing some very minor wear. Please examine all photos to assist in evaluating condition.
