This is one of the rarest and most sought after Bliss houses by collectors. It is also one of the earliest, circa 1901. It is The Grand Seaside Manor House. It has the original lithograph wallpaper inside and outside of the house.

The dimensions: height 19", length 17", depth 10. The side wall on the left opens to reveal 2 separate upstairs and downstairs play areas. There are 2 great rooms and a small side entrance on the left side of the house. There is a balcony above the porch.

There are 2 turned, wooden columns holding up the roofing under the porch. There are removable steps leading up to the front porch. Bliss Makers Mark is located just above the front door gable.
